1. Introduction

0k33 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending verification or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on 0k33. Operating multiple accounts, or attempting to register under a different name or identity following account closure, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identification document (NID).
• A valid and active mobile number registered in Bangladesh, used for account verification and transaction notifications.
• A unique, strong password of at least eight characters combining letters and numbers. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• Accurate date of birth, which 0k33 may use to verify your eligibility to use the platform.

Account Security Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. 0k33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures. We strongly recommend enabling all available two-factor authentication options.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

0k33 supports multiple payment methods widely used in Bangladesh, ensuring a convenient and seamless financial experience for all players. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are typically credited to your 0k33 account within minutes. The following conditions apply:

• All deposit funds must originate from a payment source registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 0k33 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted methods may be updated from time to time.
• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Any deposit below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned.
• 0k33 does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees — please check with your provider before initiating a deposit.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our finance team within one (1) to three (3) business days. The following rules govern all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account verified in the player's own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Any active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
• 0k33 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal. Documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

0k33 periodically offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or BPL — are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to a rollover (wagering requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the promotion explicitly states that it may be claimed multiple times.
• 0k33 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, including altering wagering requirements or maximum withdrawal limits attached to a bonus.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting game-specific RTP differences to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, will result in voiding the bonus and any related winnings.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire within the timeframe specified on the promotion page. Expired free spins have no cash value and will not be reissued.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 0k33. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to use 0k33 as a vehicle for illegal financial activity. All suspicious transactions are monitored and reported in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage in games or during the sports betting process.

• Providing false information, impersonating another individual, or submitting forged or altered documents during identity verification or KYC procedures.
• Accessing or attempting to access any other player's account without their express permission.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the platform's code to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages not legitimately earned. Any amounts obtained through such exploitation will be voided.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the platform and these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
